Isaac kissed Peter slowly, not letting up as he went, exploring his mouth with his tongue. He was sitting in Peter’s lap, riding his dick while making out with him. They were on a couch in the dorm’s biggest common room, celebrating Peter’s birthday.

Isaac wasn’t going to let anything else that had happened ruin this for Peter. Klaus and everything else could just wait one day. Garrett had been sick this morning, but he was feeling better, well enough that he was at the party. Almost everyone Isaac cared about was here, and they were having a good time, and Isaac intended to keep it that way.

It wasn’t an orgy—yet—but Isaac and Peter weren’t the only ones having sex, or at least they hadn’t been when they’d started. Peter had been getting birthday blowjobs all day, starting with the one from Isaac that had woken him up and going all the way to just a bit ago when he’d gotten one from Colby right here on this couch. Isaac had climbed into his lap after for his own turn.

It was a good thing Isaac’s second present for Peter had been a nice spell to keep him energetic all day. A while after the party had started, around when people had started to take clothes off, he’d put another one around the room, which nobody had objected to.

Bianca’s lips were wet against his, her hands were tight in his hair, her feet feeling sharp as they dug into his back a little. She was breathing in shallow, quick jolts that told Nicholas he was doing a good job. So he kept going, sliding his tongue in a little deeper, gently pressing on her thigh with one hand.

“Nicholas…” she panted, shuddering on the last syllable in a way that couldn’t help but make Nicholas’s cock twitch in his pants. He started to suck on her clit, taking a deep breath through his nose as he did. In response, she pulled his head closer, as if he could get any closer to her pussy. It did end up burying his nose further in her pubic hair, though.

Nicholas kept sucking, rubbing the inside of her thigh as he went, wishing he’d undone his pants before he started this. But it was too late now, so he just kept going, sucking gently, then hard, then gently again, letting Bianca feel this for as long as he could. She was obviously super into it, so Nicholas saw no reason to rush it.

“True conjuring is very difficult,” Yancy lectured. He’d been lecturing for a while. Isaac had a headache and his skin was crawling all over. He’d woken up like that, annoyed that it had taken him so long to realize he was getting sick.

Yancy continued. “When you see a mage conjuring an item from somewhere, rarely are they crafting an object out of nothing, which requires the use of Shadow—and I’m told by our researchers that Dark helps a great deal as well—and requires a good knowledge of how said object is crafted and from what. What one normally sees with conjuring is actually a very small teleportation spell that can be used to summon an existing object to the mage’s location, like so.” He manipulated Light for them, and his spectacles fell into his hand. “These were in my study on my desk, but because I knew where they were, I was able to teleport them here without too much difficulty. This is a spell you will all find very useful for those days when you arrive at class and realize you’ve forgotten your notebooks. The principle behind it is very simple…”

Yancy droned on about the principle, and Isaac tried very hard to pay attention, he did. He’d read about this a few weeks ago because he did all his reading in advance, and he’d read about it again last night to refresh himself. It didn’t seem that hard, though he hadn’t been able to make it work when he’d tried, the Pillars hurting his fingers when he touched them. Jacob had made him go to bed, and Peter was making him stay behind after his healing class to talk to Twila.

He didn’t understand why he was so tired suddenly. He’d been staying up a bit late to get work done, but not that late. He wasn’t working as much as he’d been during exams and he’d been fine then. But the Pillars were buzzing so much whenever he tried to use them that even being in the room with Yancy using them was putting his teeth on edge. Peter was making him talk to Twila because Isaac himself had been buzzing last night. Even Spencer had been able to feel it. Even Jacob had been able to feel it.

“We’re going to get into the specifics of different cases, and most importantly into how to detect and nullify various mental magicks,” Lee said, sitting on the desk. “But before we do there’s a lot of ethical work that needs to be done. I want you all to read through the assigned material and come back to the next class prepared to talk about cases where it might be acceptable to use invasive mental magic on someone.” She smiled, looking right at Isaac. “I have a feeling that you’ll have different ideas about it. Should make for an interesting class. You’re dismissed.”

Isaac sighed as the rest of them started to stand up. Lee’s class had turned out to be very small group, only Isaac, Bianca, Samantha, Hemi and Colby. It made it a bit hard to hide when she asked questions, which in turn made him work harder at doing the homework. It had only been two days so far.

Isaac gathered his stuff, standing up and smiling at Colby beside him. Before he could say anything, though, Lee caught his eye. “See you,” he said instead of what he’d been about to say.

“Yeah,” Colby said, glancing at Lee as well. “We could study together if you want.”

“Sounds like fun,” Isaac chuckled. “We can talk about ethics.”
